Patient Complaints / Compliments / Concerns and Comments

Lowther Medical Centre is constantly striving to improve the services we provide to you, and we welcome any comments or suggestions that can help us to do so. To provide your feedback, please leave your comments in the Suggestions Box in the Reception Foyer or click here to complete an online form.


We understand there may be times when you have more serious cause for concern regarding the service we provide and wish to make a complaint. The Practice operates a Complaints procedure as part of the NHS system. Should you experience dissatisfaction with your care or the service you have received and wish to raise a complaint please ask for a Practice Complaints Procedure leaflet from a member of staff in reception, or ask to speak to the Practice Manager, who will explain the procedure in more detail and arrange to investigate your complaint.
