We are aware of an sporadic issue where patients are receiving a cancellation reminder (not text) on their mobile regarding a booked appointment at the surgery and the appointment is removed from their diary on MyGP App but the appointment has not been cancelled by the surgery.
We have reported this issue to the IT team who are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue asap.
If we (the surgery) need to cancel your appointment and are unable to speak to you direct, we would send a text message which would state - "Due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to cancel your appt with...., please ring to rebook"
However, if you receive a cancellation message and are unsure, please contact the surgery on 692241 to confirm your appointment.
